Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of GrantPeers ("we", "us"), operated by [Firmenname], [Adresse].

1. The service

GrantPeers shows which foundations have funded organizations similar to yours, based on public IRS records. Results are estimates. We do not guarantee that any foundation will accept an application or award a grant, and we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current or free of errors.

2. Accounts

You need an account for full access. Keep your password secret. One account is for one person; the Pro plan covers one organization, the Consultant plan up to 10.

3. Free trial and plans

New accounts get 7 days of full access without payment details. Afterwards, full access requires a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before purchase; applicable taxes may be added.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or bulk-redistribute the service or its data, do not try to circumvent access limits, and do not use contact information for spam or harassment.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with reasonable notice by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
